Semiconductor SMT process facility
A process facility in which lead is applied on a PCB with process equipment after semiconductor, appropriate electronic components are mounted on it at an accurate position and angle, and heat is applied to the lead to harden and fix it.

Factory Automation
We developed our own microcontroller-based PC program and incorporated it into the facility, and we produce a solution that enables tool calibration and the best INLINE conditions due to the interface function with the machine tool.

- Depending on the role of each functional department, durability has been improved by heat treatment of parts, air tightness, and design of stable structures. In addition, the arrangement of independent electric field panels and pneumatic control units provides excellent maintenance.
